The UltraTECTM Series is a high heat pumping density thermoelectric module (TEM). The module is assembled with a large number of semiconductor couples to achieve a higher heat pumping capacity than standard single stage TEMs.

This product line is available in multiple configurations and is ideal for applications that require higher cooling capacities with limited surface area. Assembled with Bismuth Telluride semiconductor material and thermally conductive Aluminum Oxide ceramics, the UltraTECTM Series is designed for higher current and larger heat-pumping applications.

For all UltraTECTM Series modules, wire is stranded, 152 mm (6.0 in.) long or 200 mm (8.0 in.) and PVC insulated.

    Imax: Input current resulting in greatest ΔT (ΔTmax) [Amps]

    Qmax: Maximum amount of heat that an be absorbed at cold face (occurs at I = Imax, ΔT = 0°C) [Watts]

    TH: Temperature of the TEC hot face during operation [°C]

    ΔTmax: Maximum temperature difference a TEC can achieve (occurs at I = Imax, Qc = 0) [°C]

    Vmax: Voltage at ΔT (ΔTmax) [Volts]
